This is a model that we built and Designed for the City of SanDestin many, many years ago...way before San-Destin became what it is now...for them to use as inspiration for future projects. The layout incorporates a harbor anchored by a restaurant (at that time it was Captain Daves), small wooden commercial shops, hidden courtyards, and a large central courtyard for displaying local catches of the day. It may look a tad familiar for local residents of San-Destin as many of the concepts used in our model are present today in a development along the bay. Enjoy the pictures below!
