Archiscapes was hired to come up with a concept for a harbor development located in capitol of a country that was coming out of many years of recession and oppression. Unfortunately, the political climate changed back to recession so this was never realized. Hopefully, someday, this will come to fruition in our lifetime. Enjoy the renderings below!
