Designed in partnership with Associated Architects, this Mile-long portion of the Tennessee River Park won a national AIA Honor Award for Urban design. The linear park incorporates an 800 seat amphitheater tuckering under a highway bridge and an iconic elliptical switchback ramp from the stage up to the city's Hunter Museum. The project includes a new pedestrian bridge under the riverfront highway bridge under the 18180's limestone and steel pedestrian-only walnut street bridge. Enjoy the pictures below!
